According to the Israel Defense Force, Hamas launched a cyberattack over the weekend, to which it Israel responded with an airstrike. It’s thought to be the first time that a military has reacted with physical violence in real time against a cyberattack

Thorough information about the attempted attack is not being published at this time so as not to provide Hamas with any details about reveal Israel’s cyber abilities. Brig. Gen.
